Adjust the values R1, R2 and C1. Resistors R1 and R2 set crossover Q and overall attenuation, so they can be used to adjust the amount of upper midrange and vocal overtones. The value of C1 sets the amount and point where top-octave augmentation comes in, so you can adjust the level of "sparkle" with it.
