I noticed that jbl's 2227 has the "shorting ring" deal that gives it a very low Le, as does the 2035 driver. Both seem to exhibit a rising response above 1 kHz to a much greater degree than the 2226's. Does that imply for a given xover freq, that a slightly greater xover L value is needed, or will the nominal 0.7 mH act to cut quicker since it's inductive reactance will be larger proportionally (rising faster?) than the driver's reactance at xover? I guess I'm really wondering is when using the 2035's, should the LP xover inductor be .7 mH (like w/ 2226) or 1.0 (like w/ 2227)? Sam
