Hi Wayne, Replay and y'all!

I finally started into my Theater 7 Pi s! I just built the box part of the corner horn (the rest is just a positioning device) and they are still monsters! I used 3/4 MDF and put #8, 1 1/2" particle board screws every 2 inches!!! Over kill I know, but they look like they have rivets around the outside-sort of an industrial / Mad Max look. I like it! I might even leave them unfinished!

Do I use 2" fiberglass insulation (pink, itchy stuff) on the walls adjacent to the port (all I can find so far are 3/4" insluated drop-ceiling tiles and 3.5" house insulation)? What type of screws do you prefer to mount the drivers?

Thanks,
Jeff
