I have the dividers and mounting blocks for four horns, and intend to
do them. As always, when? My current thinking is that they might be
interesting using my Lowthers as the base for two-ways with the Smiths
on top. I probably should just buy some eminence 290s from Wayne for
a proof of concept, using 2002s in either case.

My thinking on the two-ways would be to use first order and experiment
with the hi-pass low-pass spread to take the 'shout' out leaving that
fequency to the horns. With my current baffle step filter, the 'shout'
is only occasionally a problem, but I'm sure I can get some
improvement, not to mention the high=frequency extension that
would be welcome. With flea power the 2002 should be safe say at
2k with just a cap in line. Wayne mentions out-of-band effects that
might get in the way. I'm also a bit concerned about the backset
driver on a Smith horn versus the baffle-mounted Lowther. How much
timing/phase degradation might occur.
