I think once you read the article and see the schematic, you'll know why I'm pretty hot on this particular amp. The design is about as simple as one can get and still have a functioning amp. There are four resistors and one cap in the signal section; however, there is a ton of iron and many capacitors in the power supply.

I really wish you would look this over and tell me what you think. It's nothing fancy; it's just the best of 1930s technology......Colin
