Just checked the local HD for Baltic birch veneer ply; it does stock the Baltic variety. What it does carry, however, is 3/4" 11 ply sheets in 2' x 4' for around $14. The cross section shows inconsistnt qulity of wood used. It seems every other layer is of lower quality "wood" with many voids.....Colin
