1. Buy any screw you want in the hardware store. Stick them into a piece of foam and spray paint them with a quality paint (Rustoleum? Krylon comes in every sort of black imaginable) to color the heads.

2. Buy any screw you want in the hardware store. After install, use a "paint pen" from a crafts-type shop (not a permanent marker) to color the heads.
