That appears to be one hell of a buy. The PV 600 is a biamp amplifier. It sells for that much by itself. SP6G's go for that much a pair.

One thing you get with Peavey is bulletproof gear, that you can buy parts for into the next century. I got some faders for a 20yr old head a few months ago.

The mixer is the weak point. Mixer technology has come a long way since 96. I'd buy the setup, sell the mixer, and then look for 12ch Yamaha or equivalent, they're less than $400, sometimes < $300. You'll get a lot more horsepower in a smaller package.
