Go to the Bill Fitzmaurice forum and ask Bill. He has arrays, prosound boxes and lots of advice. He does consulting for your type of venue. I'd also go the the Pi speaker forum. Wayne's breadth of technical knowledge is impressive. Either of those guys can help.
