The Security Tango link looked to be a good one.I'm always trying Linux.
I'm in the not-trying mode at the moment until I read further
on using the Samba networking system in a Dummies(c) book.
Sooner or later there will be a version that anyone can use.
My latest project is seeing whether Edubuntu is the right
choice for a family that has one current generation HP
PC running XP with an SBC dsl line and an old beater
handme down to be used by a youngster who is 8.
Latest tip on easy installs for general use is Mandriva. I
personally don't know what's so good about it, but I've got
some iso files to eventually install that as well.
The Ubuntu releases have names like hoary hedgehog, and
dapper drake (for the Linux mascot.) I'm waiting for the
release called Happy Camper. Ha ha.
