I use a MC-2505 I bought in 1971. I'm going to try borrowing an amp that has 100WPC or more and see if that helps. Maybe I have planars confused with electrostatics. I was expecting really pronounced highs but these sound like my Wharfdales. A fellow from Magnepan called today but I was at work. Hopefully I'll be able to talk to him on Friday.
