There is nothing wrong with your hearing at all. It's simple physics really. As the liquid level in the bottle drops the volume inside the bottle increases. Therby dropping the perceived sound frequency to a lower octave

After drinking two or more bottles you may appear deaf to some but in reality you have merely passed out
