Hopefully you can find some junked out radios to scavenge cases from. But if you're like me, you'll end up wanting to fix the radio and you'll end up with one more, but no extra case. I tend to look for radios with cases in good shape, because I can find electrical components to fix the radio easier than finding genuine looking cases, dials, escutcheons and trim. Good luck, and please let us know how it works out.
