I hate to see a valid technical question go unansweered, but I haven't done any measurements or A/B listening tests to compare a speaker with rounded baffle edges versus one with sharp corners. I can only repeat what I have read, which is next to useless, so please somebody who has more hands-on experience (and a better technical understanding) jump in here. Does the typical 1/2" to 3/4" baffle roundover seen on many speakers make an audible difference?
