Use flexible corrugated drain pipe. Nautilus is tapered; driver end big to small. It maybe closed at small end. Interior corrugation should help take out some highs. To make end smaller: melt with hot iron? or cut lengthwise and reduce? Put pipe the way you want, wrap with wire and coat with thin layer concrete. Whichever taper you want small to big, big to small. open or closed
