I have ten Radio Shack 1197 (blue and black boxes each marked FE 103) that I have played with a little. I have not built any formal project with them.

I have a back loaded horn design for the Lowthers worked out. I upgraded my advanced MathCad worksheets to account for the real wall reflection and also front or rear firing mouth location. The paper design has a fairly flat SPL down to 40 Hz with an efficiency of 95+ dB, depending on Lowther driver, without any BSC circuit. I am working on the folding scheme now so that it fits in a reasonable enclosure.

Progress on the Lowther designs has slowed some as I look into upgrading my amp and preamp. My old reliable Adcom preamp is not doing well and I am long overdue for an upgrade anyway.
