HI Kane,
PLease do let us know, since this is a project that will interst many of us! If you can take pics of the horns as they are built, thjat would be very informative as well.
BTW, you may want to later experiment with a cheap supertweeter (like a dome tweeter by vifa, eff say around 93-95) crossed over at 12-15 khz, with no voltage dropper. You may find this adds a lot of air and increases the soundstage. I know it did so in my home brews.
