I have had nothing but great success with Bill at Great Plains. I have bought pairs of 416C's/902B's and just recently a pair of 399's(modern day version of 288K's) and I like the quality of the product, Bill is always willing to discuss pros and cons of application of the drivers and has had some good suggestions.

I am thinking you must have had a bad experience with something/someone.

Please e-mail me through this forum with more info, I am curious why you feel this way. I also notice you mentioned to Wayne about not using Iconic, so my curiosity if raised.
