So far direct comparisons have been with the TB871 project and Kenwood towers, both of which I thought I had mentioned in the review. They beat the TB drivers hands down all the way around. The Kenwoods get louder, but the FR125s drivers are soooo much cleaner in the midrange and vocals. They pretty much put the smack-down on the Kewoods in all aspects but getting WAY LOUD. These Fr drivers do get loud enough for the average listener, but I at times like to shake the damn house with my dual-8" 3-way towers. I will have these drivers in the TL desing at the DIY2005 Orlando on Sept. 3rd so I/we will get many more people's thoughts on them as well in the near future.
