Does anyone know anything about the JVC SP-3 speaker?

It's a three-way unit -- I am guessing from the late 80's or so because it mentions "digital" on the specification plate. Also, a logo-like AV is on the plate.

I'd appreciate any info. about its cost, production date, etc.
