Well that would change things somewhat. Remmember that some have a value that exceeds the range due to collectors who require mint copndition or some kind of documentation peculiar to certain units. I wouldn't pay anywhere near that. They are not that great sounding compared to what you could get otherwise. But if you choose to try and retain the original parts and make it complete maybe it might be worth it.
Sorry if this post is useless; I know of one site that re-builds them; I will look it up and post it.
