I agree unless the post breaks one of the rules. Certainly no one wants dissenting opinions deleted just because they are unpopular. But commercial posts and ad-hominem attacks are definite no-nos. Those kinds of posts aren't allowed to prevent favoritism and to protect the group from mob rule setting in and ruining the site.

What happened to make you feel like saying this?
