Well I have LP's left over from my youth and several TT's none of which are quiet. I remember having a couple three Duals in succession that were quiet a 1019, 1219 and a 1229Q. Now I have 2 1229's that suck, a Denon DP 35 that's ok but noisy and a Technics SL-23 and a Marantz 6025 that I assume are bottom feeders. The reason I want to stay with vintage is I can probably get a better machine for less money than buying new. If I know what to look for. I doubt that any of my vinyl is collector quality. If you'd rahter take a chance that I'd make more sense on the phone my number is in the post about old Vinyl. You can call collect.
