That Shure V15vxMR is fabulous. I've had one for 6 or 7 years. In my experience, you have to spend much more to top it. Warm, detailed and rich. AND, I didn't realize what a big deal the 'great tracking' business is until I put in a different cartridge for a while. It sounded good, but suddenly records with no visible warping weren't playing, etc.
