Thanks Norbert.

I tried adding a 0.1uF/1000V disk cap across the switch and ended up getting voltage on the amp. I tried two seperate switches and two seperate caps and every combo gave me this. So I have just been turning the amp off when playing and that seems to take care of it. With the bleeder I have it drops the volume to nil in about 5 seconds and no popping.
