Hey, just looked them up. Only 13W plate dissipation and Rp is 280 ohms, oh my! So paralleled halves I guess you could run them to 26W (6 W output or so), but Rp would be 130? So you'd need an output transformer in the 600 ohm range, and gapped for a bunch of current. Still, could be done.
