Yep, I have heard them, now that you mention it. Totally different application then a SET, which is what you were asking about. Sure look nice all lined up, and very inexpensive. So heck, give em a try! I think you'll end up having to run both halves in parallel, I don't remember off hand the plate R, but was thinking it is really low, so you may need a purpose built output transformer.
