I have heard that some people say that interconnect cables are better than regular cables for sound quality. The difference may be subtle, but for a price not too high, it's a pretty good barter. What is your experience?

Recently, I had the opportunity of changing the cheap RCA cables for mid range ones on my old listening room speakers gifted to me two decades ago by one of my friends on my birthday. I noticed a change in the bass flow as it became better.

So, I would say that affordable interconnect cables can make a difference, especially when you are using it on some older  speakers. I've noticed that those thin wires often add resistance and pick up noise, which muddies the signal moving to your sound amp and finally to the end speakers.

The delivery is clearer, and more details are what my wife likes more, and if the price is not heavy, making that little upgrade is most times worth every bit of it.
