I've been wondering if those expensive cables affect sound production in a way that the normal cables can't? I've seen some ads concerning those expensive cables, and I am considering blowing my budget to get those.

Do you think it is a wise idea to do so? What has been your experience with using expensive cables? Is there a big difference between them and the normal ones?

See, I've got to be honest with you and speaking from experience, using cheap, well-built cables sound just neat and dynamic.

So, using an expensive cables rarely make any big upgrade in sound quality. The big differences are noticed with upgrades on amps, speakers and in some cases, room treatments.

For that reason, I won't advise that you spend above your budget getting expensive cables when you can spend that on upgrading the speakers, for example.

Thank you for your input. I will be reconsidering my plans of changing the cables to an expensive one. Possibly, I should work on making upgrades on the amps that I use at the studio because it's been a long time overdue!

I agree.  Good cables aren't expensive.  This is the description of a good quality cable:  Quality insulator of uniform thickness and pure copper with uniform strands terminated at each end by good connectors.  Everything needed to achieve that is fairly inexpensive.
