To be honest, there is one very good reason to buy a sound bar and that's convenience. That's the reason sound bars are popular.
But they sacrifice everything else for convenience.
So if that's most important, there you go. Get a sound bar.
Sometimes you gotta have a quick and small setup, and that's where they become most attractive.
Honestly, I like soundbars for it's convenience. The opportunity to setup good quality sound without stress is what draws me to them. I've spent a lot getting different brand of soundbars in the past and they were really worth the hype.
