I never called the radio stations for anything but my family do that whenever we are gathered together at home. My dad had this bug radio that we use at home, the mum will call the station to play the song that my dad played for her when they are still younger. We the children are always eager to listen to it when they grant her request.
This must have been fun for all of you back then. Was she always requesting for music or for something entirely different from that? Which songs were her favourite?

I remember always listening to V-103 radio station back in the days. They are very good with playing hip-hop and R & B songs. It was always a happy feeling when I called in to request that they play some songs and they end up doing so in the next hour.

I remembered a funny moment when I called him requesting that they play Thugs Get Lonely Too by 2 Pac and Still D.R.E while pleading that doing so will certainly make my day.

The DJ ended up playing only Thugs Get Lonely Too by 2Pac while staying towards the end of the song that they've granted my request. I was furious back, but looking back right now makes it funny.

Good old days with calling in on the radio.
