I've trained my little Aliza chatbot to know stuff about Pi Speakers. I've tested it by asking a bunch of things and it's pretty good at recommending models, options and setups.
Being an LLM, it's much better at digesting written words than understanding concepts. But if a concept is discussed enough, it can answer queries correctly. So I think it will give good answers, since it has been trained.
What else is nice is that there is a large corpus of training data on things like dielectric materials, magnetic flux and other technical issues that aren't directly part of the loudspeaker design, but that are important to the loudspeaker's overall quality. So you can dive into issues like that as well.
