We'll be having an event soon, and I plan to buy a wireless Mike for it. It's less of a hassle to use it when walking around the venue, but I don't know what brand is best for it. What are some of the products that produce high-quality sounds?

One thing that I will always tell anyone looking to get a quality wireless microphone system that will last a longer period is that they should be willing to spend.
At the moment, I make use of a used 4-channel combo system that I spent around $10,000 to get and believe me, that was a great decision that I took two years ago.
It offers a good "Hi-Fi" audio path for speech and vocals, strong battery life, and is perfect for big events.
There are other great options on the market that you can always check out such as the Lectrosonics brand. I think some of their models cost less than $9,000, but will definitely give you value for money spent.
