I am looking for a good affordable soundbar that I could get for my eldest son. He is going to a camping event and has asked that I help get one for him.

I've had thoughts about the Sonos Beam Gen 2, Sony HT-S2000, and the Samsung HW-S800D, but torn on which one to get.

Has anyone made use of any of those mentioned or have an alternative that has wireless connectivity, Dolby Atmos support and amazing sound quality? He is going by November ending and I am hoping I could get an idea of what to get for him?

He has tasked me with this request and I wouldn't want to fail him for anything.

Share some ideas with me, please.

To be honest, there is one very good reason to buy a sound bar and that's convenience.  That's the reason sound bars are popular.

But they sacrifice everything else for convenience.

So if that's most important, there you go.  Get a sound bar.

Sometimes you gotta have a quick and small setup, and that's where they become most attractive.

Two of the key factors that you would have to consider before getting this soundbar for your son are whether it is water-resistant and the battery life since camping is likely going to be an outdoor event.

So, picking a device that has a strong battery and won't have issues with water comes first. This is why I believe Hisense AX5125H should be the one that you get.

It is a bit cheap as the one that I got costs around $350. It has a wireless subwoofer and surround speakers that deliver good audio quality as well.

I think your son would be very happy if you can be able to get this as it has all the necessary features for a camping event.
