Ace Frehley was the lead guitarist of KISS, and that made him arguably the most popular guitarist in America in the mid-1070s.
Can't believe he died yesterday.
I remember the mid-1970s just like yesterday. The American Bicentennial and the beginning of microcomputers, Intel, MITS (Altair) and the Apple.
What a time to have lived.
That's also when KISS was so very popular. My first concert was a KISS concert. They helped so many other bands get started then too, like RUSH and Van Halen.
