Five point plan for peace:
1. Russia admits that it has no legal standing in Ukraine. It agrees to cease all attempts to control Ukraine and its relationships with NATO, the European Union and all other countries and organizations. Further, Russia respects UN Charter Article 2, paragraph 4, which prohibits the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity of any state.
2. Russia withdraws all troops from Ukraine, including the Donbas region and the Crimean Peninsula.
3. Russia pays for all reparations to the country of Ukraine, each company and every individual citizen. The amounts to be paid will be determined by a panel of judges made up of Latvian, Estonian and Lithuanian citizens. The funds for reparations will be paid in oil, exchanged for currency in Euros, American dollars or Ukrainian gryvni.
4. Any further aggression upon Ukraine will be defended by armed forces of any and all NATO member countries, regardless of Ukraine membership.
5. Russia agrees that if it attacks any country for any reason, it forfeits Kaliningrad and all its properties, military assets and armaments. The military assets will go to Lithuania and the land and all other assets will become a part of Poland.
If any of this is unacceptable to Russia, then Ukraine will be allowed to purchase or borrow any and all military technologies of any NATO member state. There will be no more "throttling" of their war with Russia. Ukraine will be assisted by all NATO countries and allowed to attack Russia by any and all means possible.
And regrettably, there will be a lot of "accidents" in and around Kaliningrad, Crimea and the coastline along the Sea of Azov and the eastern edge of the Black Sea. Lots of accidents. This is just an unfortunate consequence of all the understandable defensive troop movements in NATO countries near Ukraine, activities in the Azov and Black Seas and NATO-sanctioned humanitarian efforts in Ukraine.
