Join us for a special presentation by Wayne Parham, president of Pi Speakers, as he shares his expertise in loudspeaker design, room acoustics, and high-efficiency speaker systems. Thanks for posting, Wayne! Been waiting for this one. Personally, man, I think it was good but we knew all that already 
Just kidding!
One "mechanism" comment for AR bandwidth: for that visualization thing, maybe keep a little whiteboard and dry-erase. You can draw a forward lobe and point to things w/o worrying about dropouts--and it'll remind you to talk about xyz location and acoustic centers and "time alignment" [sic].
Ken--if you're still around (or Wayne if you can get word to those guys & Ken is gone), IMO, Mr. Gary Eickmeier writing the aX article can seriously benefit from reading Dr. Griesinger's home page. What he seeks about that topic (hall sound vs....ie Toole & Geddes' differing prefs) is broken-down in details over the career (envelopment, localization, auditory proximity, etc). Easiest is to start with a few of his YT vids. His contributions are a real treasure (Powerpoint files have sound samples in them, etc), but if it's new, time will be required so bad for deadline-writers. And--if you want to talk processing--welcome to the next level once you look into what Dr. G has been doing for halls around the world for a long time in his commercial capacity.
Actually, Wayne, you and Dr. G are a lot alike in that you have both been beating your drums on a (well-founded) path for a long time. Eventually, the world seems to be finding you both.
