I'm looking for the screws that will fit a JBL 2226 woofer. Bought a big pack of 10-32 machine screws that have the correct threads but the head is too big to fit into the speaker frame.

Looked online. Seems the JBL uses something called a Fillister head screw. Please let me know if that isn't correct.

You can buy them in massive quantities that run $60 or $800 dollars or you can buy used ones on Ebay for $4 or $5 each.

Anyone know of a source for a small quantity of new ones?

Many thanks,

Barry

I use button head screws. Another option is Allen head screws, but I think button head screws are more attractive.
