Hi Everyone. Good news the OPPO is fixed. Thanks for the site link. Those guys know their stuff and are extremely responsive. I got email answers in minutes from them. Rare anymore. They determined that the logic board went south and replaced it. Also updated the firmware and to my surprise replaced the scratched top cover. Wow. Not only that but the return shipment was in an OPPO 83SE OEM factory box complete with the cloth carrying case for the player and the large OPPO SE cover sheet. Truly a true gem in the business community.
