Once again our marked deck of rules based diplomacy rears it's very ugly head. Our country has lost itself in it's selfish attempt to remain the dominant alpha dog. The rest of the pack is deserting and we stand out like an obscene gesture to world law and rules. We've got our own rules, and they supersede everything else. Like our economic doctrine, our diplomacy follows lock step. Fraudulent and debauched. Sad.

I for one maybe here have nothing but condemnation for Israel. And the country I live. For our country's majority of the legislative body and current administration supports mass murder. There's no other way to describe what's going on. Saying Israel has a right to defend itself now is an assault on ones consciousness. But you'll hear that evoked by our diplomatic stooges, over and over.
Really though, that's been Israel's policy from the get go. A land without people for a people without a land. Since Great Britain and the US formed the state after WWII. The Zionist phrase has stood and now the final solution is being carried out. Ridding the Palestinians. The United States will oblige this as there is no two state solution in Israel. Which is why the US vetoed the UN resolution for it. And every other resolution condemning Israel. Part of our rules based diplomacy based on our own rules we carry out as a matter of routine. Kind of a catch 22. Maddeningly circular reasoning. Because we can.
The United States has considered Israel its, "Land based aircraft carrier" since its formation. For having a foot hold on control of Middle Eastern oil and the shipping trade from the Suez canal. Part of our imperialist national security network throughout the world.
Israel got a sobering taste of how its Arab neighborhood feels from provoking Iran and the north of Israel is uninhabitable from the danger of Hezbollah bombarding it from Syria. The razors edge for the US is whether Israel will do something really stupid to bring a whole theater of war to the region. That's the price you pay for being the imperialist alpha country in the world.
It's a scary Nostradamus thought.

This is the barbarism our country supports without pause. In Palestine, Israeli solders are given free reign to shoot anyone, anything, out of boredom and cause.
The prestigious British medical publication Lancet feels the death toll in Palestine is highly under estimated. 186000 or more are estimated dead in the rubble.
Netanyahu will give a speech in congress on the 24th this month. No doubt giving righteous cause for this and for more "aid" to speed the murder of more Palestinian people. He'll be given praise and assurances to this.

Just a reminder to the commitment towards genocide that our government is endorsing and as an assessor to cruelty and murder we give aid to. It's sinful.

I have prayers for Israel. Prayers they oust somehow their rightwing, religious, fervent faction of genocidal lunatics that want to pull our country into war with Iran in a holy war of Jewish purification. Prayer our administration, whichever way it goes has the political fortitude to stand up to the AIPAC and turn the spigot off to weaponize this madness. I'm not confidant of either party doing so.
Our neocon philosophy in the Middle East is so intrenched. Power & control of our landed aircraft carrier, (Israel) has been left up to whatever the winds blow in their political environment. We just give them the means to forcibly do what they think is plausible.
But even now in Israel, some in government are very concerned with what the extreme takeover of its inner sanctum is producing morally. As expressed by a former chief of staff of the Israeli IDF and former defense minister, Moshe Ya'alon. Quote:
"When you talk about Smotrich and Ben Gvir: They have a Rabbi. His name is Dov Lior. He is the Rabbi of the Jewish Underground, who intended to blow up the Dome of the Rock and before that the buses in Jerusalem. Why? In order to hurry up the 'Last War'. Do you [not] hear them talking in terms of the Last War; or of Smotrich's concept of 'subjugation'? Read the article he published in Shiloh in 2017. First of all, this concept rests on Jewish supremacy: Mein Kampf in reverse".
"My hair stands on end when I say that as he said it. I learned and grew up in the house of Holocaust survivors and 'never again'. It is Mein Kampf in reverse: Jewish supremacy: and therefore [Smotrich] says: "My wife won't go into a room with an Arab". It is anchored in ideology. And then actually what he aspires to as soon as possible is to go to a big war. A war of Gog and Magog. How do you start the flames? A massacre like the [1994] Cave of the Patriarchs? Baruch Goldstein is a student of this Rabbi. Ben Gvir has hung up Goldstein's picture [in his house]".
"This is what goes into the decision-making process in the Israeli government".
This from a link in another in a long line of excellent articles written by Alastair Crooke. Former British diplomat.

This Aussie gal really punches hard with her blog. And what she says about Israel is a subject ignored by our corporate press we get most of our information from. They really don't do a very good job with their journalism standards. Caitlin's blog fills in the gaps most Americans and Europeans probably don't want to hear. Certainly our government officials.

I find this video very telling of what the Palestinian position is all about. The leader of Hamas, Yahya Sinwar, was killed yesterday in Gaza. Described as the planner of the Oct 7th breakout of Palestinian forces into Israel. Israel rejoices but the Palestinian cause will not diminish any. They are a ragtag resistance to colonialism of the land that Palestinians have occupied for thousands of years. Like America was colonized, Canada, South Africa, Australia and more. The populations indigenous in every instance are marginalized, terrorized, sequestered and cordoned off from the colonized group.
If not for the United States and Great Britain. This ordeal would not have happened. But now the role the US is sustaining shows the depravity of colonization. As the Israeli's want a purity of their supposed religious prophecy. They have taken the saying, "A people without a land for a land 'without' people" literally. And are carrying out genocide at this point with the Palestinians.
Yahya Sinwar speaks out to this in a video months prior to his death. And he speaks as clear as can be said of why they resist. Wouldn't we in their same position?

Israel has become a huge liability to America's national security. The wicked webs we weave. Israel cannot achieve the end of Hamas or Hezbollah. They cannot get their hostages still alive released because their own leadership is so corrupt that any attempts to make a cease fire and compromise to release their hostages was thwarted by political subterfuge. NetanYahoo himself is the mitigating factor. According to his defense minister he sacked the other day. https://www.npr.org/2024/11/10/g-s1-33621/israels-ousted-defense-minister-says-the-military-has-done-all-it-can-in-gaza
And Israel's war on all it's fronts now is totally dependent on US backing them. Our election cycle will produce no change from what the majority of the world population considers enabling genocide. Joe Biden's speech to Americans after Oct. 7th last stressed that we're American's, and we can do 'anything' we put our mind to. Presumably anything virtuous.
But we can't provide decent cost effective healthcare, housing and cost of living. What we spend on military and foreign entanglements could alleviate those issues.
Tell me what is virtuous in this grotesque contradiction?

Murder and deprivation are the tools of extermination of the Palestinian people. An ongoing, steady and relentless grind the world is unable to stop. Not without encountering America's resolve to let it play out. Better to just ignore it till they're all gone.
