Hi Wayne,
It looks like the weather is finally going to cool off in the valley of the sun That means an old man's thoughts turn to building subwoofers. Please send me plans for the 3PI Subwoofer. Thank you.

It took me darn near forever but I finally built my subs. They're not quite 3PI but very close. I came across some cheap flat packs (last two) and they are a bit larger, so the vent changed a bit. My old age, and a shattered foot make handling thick sheet stock difficult.
I've found that the Rolls SX95 stereo subwoofer filter works great with them.
Thanks for sharing your design Wayne.

They are thunderous. I was viewing the movie "Midway" when I heard a really strong rattle. At first I was afraid that I was bottoming voice coils. That should be impossible as I'm only feeding the subs 160 WPC. I immediately shut down the amps. I played the disc again, but only with the subs. The rattle came back. It wasn't the subs. The doors to my hallway bathroom and a bedroom were vibrating against their frames big time!
