I have some very sad news to report. A tragedy has happened in my family.

My oldest son, Michael, died in a car accident last night. He was 37 years old, and apparently slid on some ice and hit a tree.

Michael and Wayne Parham, Christmas 2023

Michael was a welder, and he was also a car enthusiast. He had a modified Volkswagen that he just loved. It passed with him.

Many of you that purchased kits between 2000 and 2010 have crossovers that were soldered by him. He often worked with me during that time in his life.

He and I were always very close and he will be sorely missed.
