As much as I love constant-directivity cornerhorns, I'd probably run three π or four π mains with three π flanking subs and possibly one or two distributed subs in your room.

I've run constant-directivity cornerhorns at each end of a long wall in rooms like that and it sounds good as far as spectral balance. But it usually loses stereo imaging and becomes more of a wall-of-sound. Sometimes you still get imaging but it's artificially separated, distant and wide.
