I have the DE250TN with poly diaphragm. I believe that makes it a standard DE250-8. But I'd like to experiment with making my 4 Pi's sound "brighter". Could I put the titanium diaphragms back in and then adjust the crossover? I'm hoping there's a way to try it out without major surgery. Remove or jumper a resistor?

Maybe a better question to start with would be: would the titanium diaphragm make the horn sound "brighter"?

Any other ideas?

Thanks,
