planning to build 2 1Pi for HT surround application.
Eminence distributor says Alpha 8 is out of stock. Shall we use the Eminence EPA-S1508 8" driver?
At a glance, there is a slight variation in Le and Q paraments between these drivers. if it works do we need any crossover change?

I wouldn't swap drivers. Eminence has been slow to ship the Alpha series parts, as well as a few others. But I would still suggest that you wait for them. My experience has been they'll ship in one to three months. That'll give you just enough time to make really nice cabinets for them.
