I would like to build the Pi4 speakers, could a JBL 2035HPL sound good in these cabinets or should I use 2226?
Please send me the build-plans for the Pi 4 cabinets.

This loudspeaker needs the JBL 2226H. Some people consider the 2035 to be an economy version of the 2226 - and it is that in some sense - but it doesn't provide the same response curve and so cannot be used as a substitute driver in the four Pi loudspeaker.

I have been slowly acquiring parts here and there. I have the JBL 2226H now and need to save for the B&C DE250. In the interim (maybe) I have a pair of PRV D290py. Would that be a reasonable substitute as I fund raise?

Regarding the PRV Audio D290 Pv, it has an advertised sensitivity of 109 dB, which is really close to B&C DE 250's sensitivity of 108.5. At least in th ball park, eh?
