I feel that now a days there aren't many things out that are appropriate for all ages, whether it's music, movies, standup comedy, or even award shows. Sure, the Grammys are supposed to be age appropriate for everyone, but with all the drama it's had over the last couple of years, I'd say that it isn't.

You are so right! I remember when TV was G rated (guess I let my age out of the bag!). They wouldn't allow you to say bad words or show explicit scenes but now every show I see is PG or worse. How's a kid supposed to get entertainment without a porn education?

That's accurate, and it's alarming that kids can get exposed to all kinds of entertainment without any regulation. There are still movies appropriate for all ages, but these get overlooked since they have other options that appear more exciting.

I would've said cartoons are appropriate for all ages, but then there's Happy Tree Friends and Sausage Party. The better term to describe this would be to call it family-friendly. There's probably less content like that now because of the media's drive to attract audiences with sensational stuff.

I don't know, I thought the Toy Story movies were good for everyone. I remember when my daughter was just 3 or 4 and she was fascinated by it, while I thought it was entertaining as well.
