I got tired years ago of the song, Brick in the Wall and the group Pink Floyd. The song was played tirelessly on radio. And the song seemed to just plod along. Overall the bands songs made me think that their music seemed dystopian and dreary. I thought of a genre of music for them. Sedative rock.

The Logical Song by Supertramp was played on the radio so much I just couldn't stand it anymore. And I liked Supertramp.

Decades later the song is fine. But it took decades of not hearing it to get there.
