I have just completed my SET amps and 2Pi towers. I started in 2006 so its been a long build! I used the Motorola tweeter in the 2Pi towers. I see you now recommend the Vifa DX25. If I was to upgrade, how does the cross over change?

Those look great!
Grab a pair of DX-25 tweeters and install a 10uF capacitor in series and a 16Ω resistor in shunt, across the tweeter. An air-core 0.50 coil is in series with the woofer. That's all there is to it!
