You mentioned you're bringing the 3 pi speakers to the LSAF with the B&C woofers. You've probably mentioned how the new woofers sounds elsewhere but I've missed it.
How would you describe the changes to the 3 pi with the B&C woofer? In the 4 pi with the JBL woofer it doesn't dig down as deep as the Eminence driver but it has the shorting ring and the purty midrange. How does the B&C compare to the JBL 2226 and/or to the older versions of the 3 pi?

To me, the B&C woofer sounds accurate and detailed but not so much that it lacks warmth. The Definimax woofer did too, but I would describe the Pro 12 as a little more warm and a little less refined. The B&C and Definimax woofers both have that clarity of the JBL 2226. I really like the B&C woofer and I'm anxious to get your opinion of it when you hear it in June.

I just sent you the plans for four Pi loudspeakers, which are very similar to the three Pi model. I don't mean to be rude, but I generally don't send plans to similar models unless there is a reason the requester needs to change their minds.
It's especially true for people that are outside the USA. Again, I hate to be rude but if all my plans are available to individuals in countries where I cannot protect the licensing through legal means, I can expect copies to proliferate in those countries.
Lastly, please be aware that these loudspeaker designs require our H290C waveguide, which is available only through us. Other horns and waveguides would require a crossover re-design for proper phasing to position the forward lobe.
